We are Terri and Raymond, two married personal trainers devoted to helping you become fitter, stronger and happier.
Our own fitness journeys began in our 30s when we both took up running.
Through fitness we found a new sense of purpose, and then found each other.
Movement for us has been transformative, both mentally and physically.
We know how hard it is to get started, particularly later in life with the responsibilities of work, juggling children and other commitments so we will help make fitness fit around you. It's time to make your health and happiness a priority & fitness a sustainable part of your life. You've got this!
