The squad is our online fitness community designed to help you build strength, improve fitness and stay consistent- all from home!
What You Get
Every week inside the squad you'll receive:
Four structured workouts per week. Upper body, lower body, full body and a bonus Squad-choice session.
Workouts you can do from home. Most sessions last around 30 minutes.
A clear weekly structure. So you'll always know what to train and when.
