Smile & Sweat Squad

Sometimes the hardest part of improving your fitness isn't a lack of motivation- it's finding something that can fit around your life.


Not everyone has the time to get to the gym or can attend classes regularly.


That's exactly why we created the Smile & Sweat Squad.


The squad is our online fitness community designed to help you build strength, improve fitness and stay consistent- all from home!

What You Get


Every week inside the squad you'll receive:

Four structured workouts per week. Upper body, lower body, full body and a bonus Squad-choice session.


Workouts you can do from home. Most sessions last around 30 minutes.


A clear weekly structure. So you'll always know what to train and when.


Coaching support from two personal trainers. Ask questions, get advice and stay accountable.


A supportive community. You're not doing this alone!

Simple, Flexible Training


Workouts are posted four times per week and can be done at a time to suit you.


There's no pressure to be perfect.


Even one or two workouts a week can make a big difference to your progress.


We aim to help you move more, get stronger and build consistency.

Membership is just £12 per month with no contract.


For less than the cost of a takeaway coffee each week, you'll get structured workouts, coaching support and a community cheering you on!
