Group Fitness classes with Smile & Sweat fitness

Our classes are designed to be fun, supportive and effective- helping you build strength, improve fitness and leave feeling great!

Whether you're returning to exercise or looking for a new challenge, our sessions are welcoming, energetic and suitable for all levels.

You don't need to already be fit to join.

What our classes are like

Our sessions combine strength training, cardio and functional exercises in a supportive group environment.


Expect:

-Strength exercises to help you build muscle

- Cardio burst to boost fitness

- Fun challenges and team work

- A welcoming atmosphere where everyone encourages each other.


We keep things varied so every session feels fresh and motivating.


FULL BODY SWEAT


Thursdays / 7:15-8:15pm

A high energy strength and fitness class designed to work your whole body.

You'll move through a mix of strength exercises, cardio bursts and functional training to help you build muscle, improve fitness and leave feeling accomplished. 

Every session is different, but the goal is always the same: To help you get stronger and feel good!


BOXERCISE


Sundays / 7-8pm

A fun, high-energy boxing inspired-workout that combines pad work, cardio and strength exercises.

You'll learn boxing combinations, work with partners and challenge yourself with conditioning drills.

It's a fantastic way to boost fitness, relieve stress and leave with a big smile.

WHERE?

Our classes take place at The Bedfont Lane Community Centre, Proctors Close, off Southern Avenue. The venue is a short walk from Feltham train station and the town centre.

HOW MUCH?

£6 pay-as-you-go

or

4-class pass- £20

Unlimited monthly pass- £35


Our classes are affordable and flexible so you can train in a way that works for you..

HOW TO JOIN?

You're very welcome to come along and try a class.


Simply email Getfit@smileandsweatfitness.com for more information, or just turn up and introduce yourself before the session.


All new participants will need to fill in a short Par-Q form to ensure you are safe to exercise.


We provide all the equipment- just bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable workout clothes.
