We love seeing people feel their best and discovering that they are able to rise to new challenges. We want to help you feel happier, healthier, fitter and stronger and have a range of options to help you get there. We will be your biggest cheerleader on your journey!

In-Person Personal Training

We'll  work closely with you to define your goals and build a personalised, structured programme that fits around your life. Your plan is delivered via an app, where you can track your progress, tick off your workouts and stay in touch with us anytime, 


Each week, we'll meet for a challenging session that is tailored to your goals, We bring the equipment and bucket loads of encouragement too! 


Need extra support? We can arrange additional sessions and we'll check in with you regularly to keep you motivated, consistent, and accountable. 


Remote Personal Training

Our online coaching gives you the same personalised attention and support- just without the face-to-face sessions 


We'll take time to understand your goals, then build your programme through an app so you can train with confidence. You'll b able to message us anytime, track your workouts and get feedback and motivation,


We'll also connect weekly over zoom to check in, review progress and keep you focused.


Need an extra push? We can even schedule in live virtual workouts- beaming in from our home to yours!


Price?

We believe fitness should be accessible for all and so strive to keep our prices fair without compromising quality.


In-person sessions are £40 per hour and includes your bespoke programme and support between sessions. We do ask that you commit to a minimum of four weeks at a time to help you build consistency.  If you'd like more than one session per week, we offer these at a discounted rate.


Remote coaching is personalised to your goals and schedule. Because every plan is unique, pricing will vary depending on the level of support you need. Contact us for a quick, no pressure chat and we'll build something that works for you.
