Personal Training

It's hard to improve your fitness when you're not sure where to start. Many of the people we work with are juggling busy lives-work, family life and everything in between. They want to feel stronger, fitter and more confident but need a plan that can actually fit around their life. That's where personal training can make all the difference. 


When you come to us, we work closely with you to identify the goals that matter to you, building a structured plan to get you there whilst fitting around your life.

In-Person Personal Training

With in-person coaching, we work together each week to build strength, improve fitness and keep you progressing towards your goals.


Every session is tailored to you and unique to your goals, your ability levels and how your body  is feeling each week- your programme evolves as you do!

We adapt your training based on your progress, challenges and life commitments so you can stay consistent without becoming overwhelmed


Sessions can take place in your home or in our regular training space with all the equipment we need.


Alongside your weekly sessions you'll receive ongoing support, guidance and check-ins to keep you moving forward. 

Remote Personal Training

Our online coaching gives you the same personalised attention and support- just without the face-to-face sessions 


We'll take time to understand your goals, then build your bespoke programme so you can train with confidence. 

You'll be able to:


- Follow your personalised workouts

- Track your progress

- Message us for advice and support

- Receive regular check-ins and feedback


We also offer weekly Zoom check-ins to review progress, adjust your plan and keep you accountable.


It's flexible coaching that fits around your life. 

Price?

In-person sessions start from £40 per hour and includes your personalised programme and support between sessions. 

To help you build real consistency we ask for a minimum commitment of four weeks.


Online coaching is tailored to your goals and the level of support you need, so pricing varies depending on your programme.
